Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups rolled oats

1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2-1 cup brown sugar (depending on sweetness preference) |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup butter (room temperature) |
2 large eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Chocolate chips |
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |
2. Thoroughly grease the baking sheet and/or cupcake mold. |
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, chocolate chips, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. |
4. In another large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined. |
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients mix into the butter and sugar mixture. |
6. Once combined, place the mixture into the baking dish and/or spoon into the cupcake mold. *If using the cupcake mold, place on baking sheet. |
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before removing from mold. |
8. If baked in baking dish, use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes! |
